个人简介:刘海洋,男,中共党员,2023年9月毕业于厦门大学物物理科学与技术学院,获理学博士学位。主要从事二维材料光谱、二维磁性半导体光电器件、新型量子结构与器件应用、自旋电子学等方面的研究。近年来发表18篇SCI学术论文,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文9篇,包括ACS Nano (一区,IF=18.03, 2篇),Laser & Photonics Reviews (一区,IF=11.0,2篇),Nano Letters (一区,IF=9.6), Small Methods (一区, IF=10.7 ),ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces (一区,IF=9.4)等高水平论文,成果涵盖自旋电子学、二维磁性半导体、二维LED等前沿方向,主持国家级项目1项。
