邢军,男,汉族,中共党员,1992年8月出生于山东省滨州市惠民县,光学工程工学博士。2015年7月本科毕业于哈尔滨工程大学理学院,获工学学士学位;2021年1月博士毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,获工学博士学位。2020年12月通过高层次人才引进(理工类5A档)进入新疆大学物理学院任教,主要从事新兴半导体特性调控、微纳光电器件制备和应用等方面的研究工作。近年来,主持国家、省部级以及横向科研项目*项,参与国家级科研项目4项,国际合作项目1项,并以第一/通讯作者在国际期刊Light: Science & Applications,Advanced Functional Materials,Materials Today Physics,Advanced Optical Materials,发表论文十余篇,以合作作者身份参与发表SCI论文几十余篇。
