李佳林   博士/副教授

李佳林,男,副教授, 2023年获理学博士学位。主要从事低维纳米材料与器件等方面的研究工作。近年来本人在黑磷烯基范德华异质结构的电子性质调控和黑磷烯抗氧化研究、堆垛序调控范德华异质结构电子和电荷输运特性研究、水基锌离子电池电极的电化学行为研究和少层黑砷烯声子输运和热电转换特性研究分别取得研究成果和发表SCI学术论文。团队研究方向为低维纳米材料气体分子吸附的电荷输运响应研究、二维材料层间摩擦效应研究和低维纳米材料的声子相干输运特性研究,为电子器件的小型化和高集成所造成的若干物理效应进行基础理论研究,为纳米材料和器件的应用提供理论数据支撑,最终实现低维纳米材料和器件的精确定量预测。
