徐雷, 1983年生，理学博士，副教授。2011年获南京大学理学博士学位，2011-2013年在南京大学从事博士后研究工作。2013年9月到新疆大学物理科学与技术学院工作。2014年入选自治区高层次人才引进工程。   

       主持国家自然科学基金4项，参加国家自然科学基金4项，主持自治区自然科学基金2项，自治区高层次人才项目1项，中国博士后科学基金1项和校级科研项目1项。在Phys. Rev. B、J. Phys.: Condens. Matter、Phys. Lett. A等国际国内著名期刊上发表19篇SCI论文。获新疆维吾尔自治区科优秀学术论文奖三等奖1次。   

       近年来，主要从事以石墨烯为代表的二维材料的量子输运性质和拓扑相变行为研究，致力于寻找新的拓扑态。主要的研究内容为石墨烯，硅烯，拓扑绝缘体和二维范德瓦尔斯异质结等新型材料的量子输运问题和拓扑量子相变行为。
